About New Mexico BellyFest

New Mexico Belly Dance proudly presents Burque BellyFest, celebrating our 5th year in Albuquerque New Mexico.

The goal of New Mexico BellyFest is to bring together a weekend of affordable workshops offered by our best New Mexico member instructors. A percentage of our proceeds go toward scholarships for New Mexico belly dancers.

NM Belly Dance members receive a discount on workshops and show tickets as well as early access to workshop registration. Not a member? Join today!

All workshops will be held at Keshet Dance and Center for the Arts in Albuquerque, NM.

About the Workshops: NM Belly Dance brings together some of New Mexico’s top instructors, teaching on topics they specialize in, highlighting their knowledge and expertise. Our nationally and internationally known instructors will share their years of best practices, performance knowledge, and expertise.

All instructors are members of NM Belly Dance and have many years of instructional and performance experience.

Interested in Teaching a Workshop?

You must be a member of New Mexico Belly Dance to be a workshop instructor. Proposals are now being accepted through May 1. Please submit your proposal here. Proposals will be reviewed and acceptance determined by the NMBDA board.
